A lone drifter, Bo, on vacation on an island town and befriends the locals.  When an international drug lord/crime syndicate leader is found beheaded on the small island all hell starts breaking loose.  Soon, the island is flooded with mobsters and a typhoon hits, all ports are forced to close, somewhere, someone on the island is the culprit.  As they search for their boss's head with a vengeance, Bo becomes the prime suspect, who is he, what is his goal, and before day is done blood will fill the streets.

In a small peaceful island village Bo is an assassin, but his luck runs out when all the ferries are shut down for an impending storm.  Trapped on the island he is hunted down by the syndicate's lackeys.  He befriends a local female cop and takes shelter in the police station, but unknowing to them he is the one the mobsters are looking for and the cause of all this trouble on the island, but with quick wit and battle honed skills, he not someone to be underestimated, as the police begin to suspect Bo, there seems to be story behind his actions...

If you like action, martial arts this film is filled with it in another single man against an army of gangsters scenario.  The main character is a seemly peaceful, even friendly character.  No one would suspect him for being an assassin, which is until he forced to fight.  Should the local police catch or let go a man who is killing off the mob?  Unfortunately, the mob isn't as forgiving.  Extras include Making of Legendary Assassin, character profiles, and trailers.
