Kung Fu Panda: Legends Of Awesomeness - The Scorpion Sting (DreamWorks/Fox DVD)

Picture: B Sound: B Extras: D Episodes: B+

Get ready for more Kung Fu action in Kung Fu Panda: Legend Of Awesomeness with Po, the Furious Five, and Shifu. Po's not your average panda, he is the Dragon Warrior, but he rather be having a good meal than training everyday. Po and the Furious Five faces enemies from the past Scorpion, Owl, magic shoes and much more, just another day in the Valley of Peace.

In this new Scorpion Sting collection, Po learns what it means to be a kung fu master. He is destined to be the Dragon Warrior and trains with Shifu and the Furious Five, but most of the time he rather take the easy way out, to the pain of Shifu and the Furious Five, but when the chips are down or a threat threatens the Valley, Po rises to the challenge to help or save his family, friends and the home he loves.

This is a great animation series for kids of all ages, while there is Kung Fu fighting and unbelievable martial arts it is also about friends, family and learning about one's self. Through the animation of cute animals, it is often more comical than epic action adventure.

Picture and sound are on par with the good quality of the previously reviewed DVD episodes reviewed elsewhere on this site. Extras include World of DreamWorks Animation featurette.
