The
battle for Chi continues in the land of Chima as the tribes continue
to fight each other, Laval the Lion struggles to keep the peace, but
with Wolf clan stealing all the orbs and Cragger's sister
manipulating the Crocodiles. Laval has his work cut out for him.
Laval tries to make sure all the tribes gets their equal share of
Chi, but nature has become dangerously out of balance with
earthquakes and storms. And then suddenly dark force invades Chima
and threatens all the clans in Chi,
Tribes and Betrayals
(2014), the latest DVD release in the LEGO
Legends Of Chima
series.
For
those unfamiliar, Chi is the power source for all machines, warriors
and the very life force of Chima. Laval is the prince of the Lion
Clan, protector of Chi and to make sure everyone get a fair share of
Chi. Along with Eris the Eagle, Cragger the Crocodile and a few
other friends they struggle to keep peace between the tribes, but
when a dark mysterious cloud invades Chima, the Chi spring suddenly
dries up. Along with the help of the mysterious rider Shadowind, the
clans must unite to stop a greater evil.
If
you like animals, Legos and cute 3D animation then Chima great 10
episode series for young kids in building/creating imaginary worlds.
The fact that it is set in a Legos world, it allows things to be
taken apart (blown up) or put back together often. There is no truly
evil character(s) but more like friends with different agendas in
each episode. In the end the series teach the value of friends,
honesty and hope. The animation her in anamorphically enhanced 1.78
X 1 is a little softer than it should be, but the lossy Dolby Digital
is not bad. There are no extras.

A black cloud appears and tribes unite to stop the cloud and Laval is
forced to return.

Falls - With
all the Chi gone, the Crocodiles blame the lions for the Chi
vanishing.

Laval must find the legendary beast to unite all the clans.
