Kanade
is cursed by what he calls 'Absolute Choice', where his life is like
a 'choose your own adventure' and he gets often random choices that
forces him to do something weird or perverted otherwise he is
punished with extreme headaches until he make a choice. That is
until one day, one of his choices is a beautiful mysterious girl
named Chocolat to fall from the sky who promises to help him get rid
of his curse. Now, he receives 'missions' from a Flippant God, that
if he completes those missions he will be free of his curse, but if
he fails a single one... he will be cursed forever.

Romantic Comedy: Complete Collection (2013), Kanade seems like a
normal healthy boy and he is generally a good person. Only thing is,
he is considered a pervert and a weirdo because his 'Absolute Choice'
curse (which no one else knows about to start with), often his
choices are the similar and he has to choose the lesser of 2 evils
(the less perverted choice). But unknown to him, he is surrounded by
girls who have unrequited love for him. Chocolat, after falling from
the skies has amnesia, so she forgets how she to help Kanade, but
ends up living with him, a lover and a freeloader. Yukihina is a
tsundere, in where the more she like someone, the more she talks
dirty jokes to them and has a major complex about being flat chested
(since all the other girls are very well endowed). Ouka is Kanade's
childhood friend, she is very hyper and isn't afraid show public
display of affections (or her panties) for Kanade. All of Kanade's
choices eventually leads to Chocolat, Yukihina and Ouka to ask
himself, which girl will he choose?
You
would think American companies would use the Japanese name of an
anime series would be better and shorter. If your life was a 'Choose
your own adventure' your life would be perfect as long a you made the
correct choices, but what if the choices were all bad? This anime is
more like a dating sim in where it makes fun of the main protagonist
putting him through various trails and questionable situations by
surrounding him by various beautiful (but eccentric) girls he ends up
helping/dating (and ends up on the harem path where he gets all the
girls).
The
1080p 1.78 X 1 digital High Definition image transfer has few detail
and depth issues throughout and is pretty nice and consistent
throughout, while the DTS-HD MA
(Master Audio) 2.0 Stereo lossless mixes on each episode is very well
mixed and presented with warm exceptional Pro Logic-like surrounds.
Extras include clean opening
and closing animation and trailers.
