Shinichi
is just a regular otaku, that is until he got kidnapped and then
found out he is the ambassador of cultural entertainment company to a
parallel world of Eldant. Now with his half-elf maid Myucel and the
young Empress Petralka, they'll bring manga and anime to magical
world of Eldant in Outbreak

Shinichi
suddenly finds himself in fantasy world fill with elves, dwarfs and
other creatures that you would find in a fantasy world. While the
government would like to monopolize this new world's resources, the
citizens of Eldant are more interested in the Japanese manga and
anime culture. Shinichi hired to teach Japanese, manga, and anime,
but unknowingly he also modern ideas of equality, science, fairness
and democracy to the citizens Eldant.
Outbreak
Company pokes fun of anime by making fun of parodies, references
to other popular anime. If you had to introduce anime to a country
that has never seen or known anime, which animes would you pick? It
makes fun of fan of anime in 'Otaku' culture using parallel worlds,
magical girls, cat girls harems, etc...
The
1080p 1.78 X 1 image is great throughout, while the lossless DTS-HD
MA (Master Audio) 2.0 Stereo mix is very consistent and well
recorded, if not always a knockout. Extras include clean opening and
closing animations and trailers.
