It's

Earth and nobody is afraid, but there is no rest for the wicked as
they continue to plan and scheme to take over the Earth. This is the
Halloween Power Rangers special and like all holiday specials, they
take Halloween episodes from all previous Power Rangers series. It
combines Halloween fun with the action of the Power Rangers. Kids
