Kotaro just moved to college only to find out not only is his room haunted by a female ghost, Sanae, but also the invasion point for the busty bombshell subterranean Kiriha, Space Princess, Theia, along with a magical girl Yurika, along with his childhood friend/apartment manager, Kasagi. At first, the girls all started out trying to take over Kotaro's room (then the world), but end up competing for Kotaro's heart in Invaders Of The Rokujyoma!?: Complete Collection (2014).

All Kotaro wanted was to live a normal life in his super cheap apartment, but turns out it was cheap for a reason, it was haunted. Kotaro soon finds out he has several female roommates who also want his room for reason of their own, include one magical girl, a subterranean princess, a space princess and her attendant. Throw in his childhood friend and club president there is never a dull moment for Kotaro.

This was another great harem anime with one boy and all sorts of girls coming out of the woodwork for our protagonist. And like all harem series the girls find themselves indebted to the protagonist's kindness for one reason or another end up living with him. This causes endless strife for our hero as the girls compete for his affections.

The 1080p 1.78 X 1 digital High Definition image is another stunner in with each episode, supported well enough by the very well recorded, lossless DTS-HD MA (Master Audio) 2.0 Stereo mix with some Pro-Logic like surrounds if you wish. Extras include clean opening and closing animations and trailers.
