Blade Dance Of The Elementalers: Complete Collection (2014/Sentai Blu-ray Set)

Picture: A Sound: B+ Extras: B Episodes: A-

Welcome to Areisha Spirit Academy where young girls, priestesses, and princesses train to be come elemental users for their kingdoms. That is until Kamito Kazehaya arrives, a MALE spirit user. Immediately. all the girls are in an uproar and begin fighting against (and for) Kamito's attention, but when trouble strikes, can Kamito live up to his legend and protect all his classmates?

In Blade Dance Of The Elementalers: Complete Collection (2014), Kamito find himself summon to Areisha Spirit Academy by the headmistress where he is suddenly surrounded by girls. He meets the arrogant, spoiled, flat chested, spitfire Claire Rouge who wishes to become stronger in order to find out why her sister 'the Calamity Queen' went on a rampage, often Claire's rash actions cause more trouble than help for Kamito and finds herself depending on him to save her. They are joined by Rinslet, a water elemental user and rival to Claire, Ellis, a wind elemental user and captain of the Sylphid Knights, and Fianna, a girl and priestess from Kamito's past whom he rescued. And that's not to mention Kamito's sword also transforms into a young girl who, more often than not, loves to sneak into his bed. In the end, all the girls end up falling for Kamito.

This is another harem-filled anime with bouncy girls after our main protagonist. As much as they resent him catching them in questionable situations (and without clothes), they all eventually fall hopelessly in love with him for his valor and kindness.

The 1080p 1.78 X 1 digital High Definition image is near the top of Sentai's best releases visually in color, depth & definition, while the lossless DTS-HD MA (Master Audio) Japanese 2.0 Stereo sound not exactly as dynamic, yet pretty solid with Pro-Logic-like surrounds if you wish. Extras include mini OVAs, clean opening and closing animations, Japanese promos and trailers.
