Will
Tanner (Randy Orton) is a bounty hunter. After he and his crew
failed a mission to capture a crime lord, they soon find themselves
caught in the illegal gambling ring. Then, Will is hunted down by
his own crew as they are forced to fight each in a life or death
survivor game when and his crew find themselves in the very games
they are trying to stop in Roel Reine's The Condemned 2
(2015).
As
the fight against each other transpires, their own reasons for being
involved in the first place in criminal happenings surface;
blackmail, ransom, reward or worst. Will has to discover who is
friend and who is foe, loyalties will be called into question. Is
money thicker than blood?
This was your typical killing game
film, bad guys making profit out of a killing game. While the main
character isn't 'Stone Cold Steve Austin' it is 'Randy Orton' (it
seems like more and more WWE characters are getting into the film
business, well Hollywood can always use more muscle guys, we guess).
On one amusing side note, there were a lot of good one liners in the
film for those who are into the manly man characters and their guns.
Eric Roberts and Wes Studi lead the supporting cast.
The
1080p 1.85 X 1 digital High Definition image is as good as it'll get
fir an HD shoot somewhat darkened for the genre, while the lossless
DTS-HD MA (Master Audio) 5.1 mix is as serviceable, but nothing
stunning either. Extras include a Drones featurette and
'Fight For Your Life' featurette.
