With a strong supporting cast including Rhea Perlman, Gerrit Graham, Michael Richards, Kevin McCarthy, Louis Giambalvo, George Wendt, and Steve Allen to name a few. You'll also spot some incredible cameos by then small time comedians Jerry Seinfeld and others.

Vic DeSalvo (DeVito) and his brother are rich beyond belief from their successful New Jersey trucking company and have moved to Los Angeles so that Vic can follow his dream of being a successful Hollywood player. Escorted out by many major networks and despite his fortune, Vic is hitting rock bottom in tinsel town and soon told by his brother that if he doesn't find luck soon, they are moving back home. Meanwhile, successful network MBC is having a terrible ratings season and many major jobs are on the chopping block. When a Network Executive intercepts one of Vic's pilots for a television show, he decides to use the script as a form of revenge against his boss. Unbeknownst of this, Vic soon finds himself the star of his own network television show, all whilst falling for a New Jersey girl (Perlman) who also just happens to be in the ratings business.

Presented in 1080p high definition with a widescreen aspect ratio of 1.37:1 and a lossless DTS-HD MA (Master Audio) 2.0 Mono track, the film looks and sounds better than ever on Blu-ray disc and certainly improves upon its original television broadcast.
