My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Too!: Complete Collection (2015 aka Season Two/Sentai Blu-ray Set)

Picture: A Sound: B+ Extras: C Episodes: B+

In My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Too!: Complete Collection (2015), Hikki 'Hachiman', Yukino and Yuigahama returns with the school's Service Club, helping with various students requests with their high school life. Both Hikki and Yukino are egotistic realists and believe friendships are false and success isn't about working hard, but knowing how to manipulate others. People are only friends if you are popular or they think they can use you to move ahead. Success is about manipulating others to do their work for them, but since Yui joined them in the 'Service Club', they have become closer... and can they begin to understand their feelings toward each other?

The 'Service Club' continues to successfully solve various student problems from personal love relationships to student council issues. Hachiman successfully manipulates people from the background, and while others get credit and acknowledgement he is left with nothing, he plays the 'devils advocate'. But Yukino and Yui both knows better, while they admire and love him for helping others, they hate him for always playing the villain. Hachiman sacrifices himself to help others succeed in life, love and friendship even though no credit is ever given to him in return. In the end can they find something something even more precious and genuine in each other?

This was an amusing high school drama. The entire series revolves around how unfair life is, how not everyone can be popular and there is only one alpha female/male. The reasons why you can never get rid of bullies is because society thrives off victims and others to sacrifice them in order to move ahead. And the reason why there will always be victims is because the leaders/alpha males & females ARE bullies will always need others to do their work for them. It was a refreshing look at the world around us ...the truth is the world isn't fair, but it doesn't me you have to be too.

The 1080p 1.78 X 1 digital High Definition image quality across all the episodes are among Sentai's very best and demo quality all the way, while the lossless DTS-HD MA (Master Audio) 2.0 Stereo sound on each continues to be most impressive with some Pro Logic-like surrounds if you try them out. Extras again and only include clean opening and closing animations and trailers.
