It's
summer break Illya and the girls just want to have fun, partying and
dating boys (ok, just Shirou really), but as magical girls it is
their jobs to collect magic cards and when a mysterious 8th card
appears, it is up to them to save the day in Fate/Kaleid Liner:
Prisma Illya 2wei Herz! (2015).
Illya
and Miyu were once rival magical girls for magic cards and Kuro was
once their enemy, but now they want to just live as normal girls and
rather be friends and rivals in love. They also want to have fun, go
to school and fall in love with their adoptive (but non-blood
related) brother Shirou (ok, maybe they are not so normal). But as
magical girls they must collect cards to keep them from falling into
evil hands and forces, but they discover a mysterious card is more
powerful than any card they had collected before.
Based
on the Fate Stay Night series, Prisma Illya 2wei Herz!
is like a comic parody with magical girls and romance. It makes fun
of all the stereotypes of 'magical girls' mixed with tons of
fanservice and schoolgirl fantasies gone wild, picking up where last
Fate/Kaleid series left off.
Once
again, as was the case with the last set, the outstanding 1080p 1.78
X 1 digital High Definition image on all the episodes stuns across
both discs and is also among Sentai's best, while the lossless DTS-HD
MA (Master Audio) 2.0 Japanese Stereo plays better than the English
version and is pretty dynamic throughout, both having Pro Logic-like
surrounds you can try out despite being warm and full on its
2-channel own. Extras this time include Herz! Shorts, Japanese
Promos, commercials, clean opening and closing animations and
trailers.
