Moving To Mozart With Ann Smith (Exercise)

Picture: C+     Sound: C+     Extras: C-     Episodes: C+

There are many exercise videos on the market, and this site is not expert on specific health matters, but Moving To Mozart would seem an unlikely type of title in this special interest category.  Of course, Classical Music is not thought of as necessarily kinetic enough to get any exercise done, but Ann Smith is doing certain kinds of exercises aimed at the elderly in particular.  However, these could likely benefit persons of any age.

In two parts, this runs just over two hours and the content is obvious.  The was shot on analog NTSC 1.33 X 1 video and is in Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo with no surround information.  It is professionally done and Miss Smith actually does voice-overs to the exercise, an atypical choice.  Extras include more information on Miss Smith, a printable exercise routine and song listing.  Moving To Mozart may be worth looking into, but always consult your doctor before taking on any exercise program.
