Yuri Shibuya is back and he is actually even more tired than how played out he was in Kyo Kara Maoh! – God (?) Save Our King: Volume Two.  Yes, it’s Kyo Kara Maoh! – God (?) Save Our King: Volume Three, which has so worn out its welcome.  Empowered teen continues to get into battles while still stuck in a deconstructionist, formula show.  The suddenly less-goofy episode titles this time are:

13) The Bride Yuri & Gwendal

14) Yuri Does Heavy Labor

15) Rainfall In The Desert

 

The anamorphically enhanced 1.78 X 1/16 X 9 image is stylized with the usual white hazing, another cliché.  However, it is clean and clear otherwise, looking really good otherwise.  The Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo in either Japanese or English both have Pro Logic surrounds.  Extras include three previews for other Geneon titles and conceptual art; the same as the previous release.  Even they’re getting bored!
