Eric Frazier – In Your Own Time (CD)

Eric
Frazier does jazz, but also offers Calypso music in the mix and In Your Own Time (2006) is a good set
of 9 tracks that show his melding, flexibility, musicianship and range with
some solid fellow musicians. The singer
plays percussion and congos, plus writes his own music. Though the overall album is not spectacular,
it is not bad and if you like the mix of styles, you will want to try it out.
The PCM
2.0 16Bit/44.1kHz Stereo is just fine and music articulately recorded, but I
bet a little more sonic clarity and detail could be gained from a higher
