Stop The Clock – Elaine Petrone Method (Exercise Set)

Stopping the path of aging.  It is something everyone wants.  It is also a Billion Dollar industry, whether we want to acknowledge that or not.  When we first met Elaine Petrone in her first DVD exercise kit, she told us she had some problems she could not get resolved with pain in her body.  After much searching, she found little known treatments she was looking for and decided to parlay it into a new kind of exercise/health program to help people who may not be finding results from far more expensive, unnecessary and ineffective applications to get rid of pain.  Now she takes on aging.

We previously reviewed Acorn Media’s Elaine Petrone Method box that includes a DVD and two of the soft rubber balls to do the various exercises and procedures that she has found to be such a huge success:

We still do not know how well that worked, but Stop The Clock is obviously offering more.  This time we get one 5-inch rubber ball and the main program again runs under an hour.  The argument is about the body becoming tangled and roughed-up internally in a way that is not addressed.  It is sound, but only prolonged use can prove what it is capable of.  It even is supposed to help TMJ and arthritis!

We have not heard anything bad about her work and the exercises seem to be just fine.  In sample uses, this seems to have some short-term benefit, but only some deep scientific test beyond anything you will get from any DVD critic will be the only way to get an answer.  You can also research this elsewhere on the web.  If something seemed wrong, we would skip covering this altogether, so it is something you might want to look into if interested.

Like the last DVD, the 1.33 X 1 image was shot on professional analog NTSC videotape and is just fine for an instructional exercise program such as this, something that also applies to the Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo, which is simple and has no surround information.  Extras include a program about Miss Petrone and that big rubber balls you can use (with doctor’s consent) to put under your back and at other key places on your body to stop aging, premature and otherwise.  I don’t know about this “Miracle Ball Method” by I guess it could not hurt.
