Hellsing,

from these undead legion. Impossible odds... or is it?
Hellsing
Ultimate is a redone version of the original Hellsing anime, with redone
characters, design and story. This
version is even more gruesome and gritty than the original. Be prepared for
lots of carnage, explosions and lots, lots of blood... the characters are back
cooler than ever, if possible, bad vampire goodness. Hopefully the series will follow more true to
the comic/Manga version story of what happens in the comic series unlike the
original anime series which was developed before the author came with a
conclusion to the series.
The
limited edition comes with a limited steel case DVD holder, exclusive book with
over 200 pages of Hellsing artwork, audio commentary, anamorphic widescreen. The 1.78 X 1 image is terrific and the 5.1
sound mix, especially the DTS is some of the best Geneon has issued to
date. Also it comes with an extra disc
with staff interview, trailers and production art gallery! A great package! My
only one complaint is it is a single episode disc and I would have liked to
seen more of the series, but if you are die hard fan of Hellsing, it is worth
picking up this series.
