The Saddle Club – Horse Of A Different Color/Storm
At Pine Hollow

Actually
based on a series of books for young adults, The Saddle Club telefilms Horse
Of A Different Color and Storm At
Pine Hollow (sold separately) are safe, but weak works that are
particularly aimed at young ladies, but their appeal quickly ends there. Can the young lady or ladies featured help
out horses, themselves and maybe even find romance in the middle of the given
ranch they are on?
The shows
are taped in 1.33 X 1 video and the image quality can be weak, as shot on
digital video which may or may not be HD.
Made in Australia, there are some problems with detail, color and
definitely depth, despite how clean these copies can be. The Dolby Digital 2.0 mix is barely stereo,
weakly recorded and has limits from taping on the set and locations that have
less to do with this transfer and more to do with the actual recording. Extras include stills and a superfluous music
video on each release.
