Set in the sometime future, after a great war, Earth has become a desert like world filled with mutant creatures, new dangers, and technology is limited to 'Technos Taboo'.  Only a handful of people remain who are in turn watched over by the "Third", a group who has a red astral eye and the power to control computers and various technologies.  The Thirds purpose is controlling and stopping humans from 'Technos Taboo'.

The story continues with Honoka, the girl with the blue eye, jack of all trades, 'Sword Dancer'.  No sooner after her previous adventure that almost cost Honoka her life, Joganki has been kidnapped and all The Third's technology has been hacked by the mysterious character, Rona Fauna.  Much to the reluctance of the Third (and Honoka's) they hire Honoka to rescue Joganki.  But why is Rona Fauna doing all this?  As the past seem to come back and haunt the Thirds, Honoka and company and an unlikely ally, how will they face it and what will be the outcome?

With the series coming near it's final chapters, The Thirds begin taking a more active role in the story and more of the past is revealed on what The Thirds are trying to do and why.  Former nemesis becomes allies and a few revelations are brought to light... The main character begins to question values in which they fight for and the reasons why they exist.  Nearing the end of the series the danger increase along with the action.

This is an interesting sci-fi anime, not only in story, character design and action.  With a mix of mecha, action and desert world this series is a well done series that keep things interesting and even funny at times.  The series gives a feel that makes more like story telling that would be told around a campfire.  Along with the DVD includes character bios and nifty a 12 page booklet with character info, pictures and mecha designs.
