Ben 10 – Alien Force: Volume One (Cartoon Network/Warner DVD)

Picture: C+     Sound: C+     Extras: C-     Episodes: C-

As it builds into a larger franchise before our eyes, we have previously covered Ben 10 material three times at these links:

Race Against Time live action telefilm

Complete Season One

Complete Season Three

Oddly, the telefilm became one of our most popular reviews for whatever reason.  Now comes a second hand-animated series and it may be a hit with the young male age group it is aimed at, but it is just a more watered-down version of a very basic, weak show to begin with.  The Race Against Time review has been surprisingly popular on this site, so it has a following, but whether this show will enhance it remains to be seen.  Picture and sound performance is the same as the first animated show.
