Welcome to The Red Green Show.  Join Red in the Possum Lodge and his beloved nephew/producer/director, Harold from anything from camping, home improvements, to outdoor activities. They will keep you laughing at all their half-baked ideas, inventions, of taking broken down machines, equipment and using them in new hilarious ways. Demonstrating the very paragon manhood, how handy is a man with his tools. Along with the entire men of Red Green Show their catch phrase is "Even if the women don't find you handsome, they'll at least find you handy."

This is a comedy based on a men's gentleman's club, and the idea that men are just incredible with the things they can do with there hands.  The show is more like a series of skits; Handyman Corner, taking an old machine apart and find new ways to use it, Adventures with Bill, Red and Bill having a comical outdoor excursion, and Mail Call (which later became The Experts) in where Red would answer letters from various fans. Anything from advice to men to relations with women, it all comedy, more or less.

If you could sum this show up in one sentence, if you cross the show Home Improvement (minus the family drama) with the cartoon comedy Woody Woodpecker, and you got the series nailed.  Produced in 1991, they make fun of all sorts of things men do, what they eat, think, talk, and use, anything can be fixed... with duck tape, the handyman's secret weapon.  This box set comes with 9 DVDs from old NTSC 1.33 X 1 analog video with weak Dolby Digital 2.0 sound and it shows.  You get the first 3 years of the show, and 72 episodes, if you want back to back comedy this one has 29 hrs. that will keep you going.
