takes a closer look at this time period and boy, is it boring. The makers track down people to interview and
this is well-researched, but it all adds up to emptiness and is only for
completists and the most interested. The
editing becomes a spoof of itself to boot.
The
letterboxed 1.78 X 1 image is soft throughout and color is a bit limited, while
the Dolby Digital 2.0 sound is simple stereo at best. Extras include stills, soundtrack MP3s, Dylan
& “Hurricane” Carter in prison circa 1976 and an examination of Dylan’s
1978 World Tour.
